Aims and Scope
Modern Environmental Science and Engineering (ISSN 2333-2581) is an international, professional, peer-reviewed, and interdisciplinary journal monthly published in English by Academic Star Publishing Company, USA. It aims to advance and disseminate knowledge in all main branches of environmental science & engineering. It promotes communication among government, business and industry, academia, and non-governmental organizations that are instrumental in the solution of environmental problems. It also seeks to advance interdisciplinary research of policy relevance on environmental issues such as climate change, biodiversity, environmental pollution and wastes, renewable and non-renewable natural resources, sustainability, and the interactions among these issues. Each issue will contain a variety of articles, essays, and book reviews and so on.
Peer Review Policy
Modern Environmental Science and Engineering is a refereed journal. All research articles in this journal undergo rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymised refereeing by at least two anonymous referees.
Editorial Procedures
All research articles in this journal undergo rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymous refereeing by at least two anonymous referees. The review process usually takes 2-4 weeks. Papers are accepted for publication subject to no substantive, stylistic editing. The editor reserves the right to make any necessary changes in the papers, or request the author to do so, or reject the paper submitted.
