The Importance of Forest Protection in Binh Duong in the Course of Urbanization
Abstract: Urbanization is taking place powerfully in many localities in Vietnam, including Binh Duong. Urbanization contributes to promoting socio-economic development of a region or an area and improving the living standards of people. Nevertheless, in addition to the positive aspects, the process of urbanization is also generating many knotty problems. Among the many negative impacts that are considered as the wrong side of the process of urbanization in Binh Duong, there is the problem of loss of forest land. This article analyzes some causes and consequences of forest loss in Binh Duong, thereby proposing some solutions to keep forests sustainable in the future.
