Methodology for Diagnosis and Evaluation of the Impact of Metrology on the Value Chain of the Automotive Industry

Abstract: The study carried out shows the impact of Metrology on the Value Chain through the application of a quantitative methodology to diagnose and evaluate the way in which the links in the value chain of organizations create and add value to their products or services and the way they transfer the value from one link to another through the chain itself, in order to create and sustain the competitive advantages which allow the organization to continue to be successful in the market. This case study is from CENAM and Volkswagen México.
