Environment Policy Regarding to Environmental Problem in Indonesia: Case Study of Water Crisis in Bali

Abstract: A Water infrastructure is one important thing to be assessed in view of the water is a basic need that is always consumed by the public and also a big influence on the society's activities. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the environment policy related with water crisis in the Bali. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach where research procedures generate descriptive data in the form of words written or spoken of the people or actors can be observed. The results indicate environment policy in the Bali related with water crisis cannot be done well is influenced by several factors, namely clarity of purpose and the level of consensus among the executive in achieving these objectives, the type of factors that stand to benefit and unlimited clients, executor characteristic, social, economic and political factors. For the next, it can be analyzing water crisis not only from environment policy but also from entire policy or from environment problems itself.
