Abstract: The assessment of damage to underground component of river is realized on regional geofiltration model for artesian basin in the western part of Moscow district characterized by widely developed river network. The value of damage to river discharge is calculated considering exist long-time regional groundwater withdrawal as compared with undisturbed filtration regime. The interaction of surface and ground waters was considered as the sources of disturbance in the form of 3-rdkindboundary conditions and used the parameters of conductivity of river-bed deposits and river level in the average annual values at net points of model. Equation in finite differentials is solved by the method of minimizing balance flows discrepancies. According to calculations the damage to underground component of river discharge is of about 30%.
