New Abacus Numerals for Eradication of Poverty and for Development of Science and Technology

Abstract: New Abacus Numerals are decimal numerals similar to ordinary abacus except the existence of circle five-five, which corresponds to 5 circle five and are used only during calculation. Remembering the numeral form and two simple rules, one can calculate addition, subtraction, multiplication and division without remembering addition table nor multiplication table. Protected Abacus Numerals are proposed against forgery of important documents such as bond. Teaching of arithmetic becomes much effective and useful to eradicate poverty and growing up geniuses. It facilitates development of science and technology through improvement of basic education that every scientists or engineers should learn. Internationalized numeration system is proposed for several languages in order to ease international understanding and international communication.
