Digitalization of Mortgage Lending

Abstract: The paper touches upon the topical issue of measuring the level of innovative development of the banking sector of the Russian Federation, namely, the issue of digitalization and automation of processes. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the digital development of modern banks is carried out and the current state of the housing stock of the Russian Federation is described. The study reviewed the main indicators of the housing mortgage lending market in the Russian Federation, and also considered the main processes and technologies of digitalization of the mortgage market in Russia. Based on the results of the study, various recommendations were offered to banks on the development of digital mortgage lending in Russia.
