Abstract: It is an indisputable fact that the subjects of modern physics (MP) included in the curricula of secondary education are minimal. This is an obstacle to the advancement of modern science in the classroom. However, nowadays, students contact with various terms of physics on social media as well as in the media. The Standard Model is an important chapter in Particle Physics and modern physics in general. In this work, it is proposed to introduce particle physics to students through a game. In the age of the internet, technology and automation, group games promote direct and meaningful communication between students. In addition, they increase the motivation for the active participation of the student, entertain the participants, interact and cultivate cooperation. The proposed educational intervention is an educational card game that can be played in groups or individually.
