Abstract: This paper constitutes both a proposal and an urge towards an innovative pedagogical approach concerning the development and the function of a network that could be suitable to succeed educational institutions being extroverted towards society, as well as educational system effectiveness to face upcoming needs and challenges constantly uprising.
