Abstract: Under the guidance of the theory of (POA: Production-Oriented Approach), this paper constructs a blended teaching model of college oral English through the teaching process of “motivating, enabling and assessing”. Meanwhile, an empirical study is made on the effectiveness of the model by taking 100 non-English Majors of International Business School of Sichuan International Studies University as the experimental subjects. The experimental results show that the blended teaching model of College Oral English based on POA can promote the oral English learning of non-English majors and the reform of college oral English teaching.
