Abstract: As a teacher and consultant, I also present examples of how important pedagogical planning is to be based on exploring the current situation and I’ll show you how to do it. . It is possible to provide help if we know it efficiently, how do students and teachers need help. This paper examines: how much are modern pedagogic methods known by the teachers and how much they intend to use them. Do the results of the pedagogy get to the educators working in the classrooms? To do this, it examines the opinions and attitudes of some Hungarian teachers. The paper also explores how teachers get professional and methodological assistance. Through scholarly studies and professional journals, a change in approach can be made to a lesser extent than through personal relationships. I think there is the greatest need for support in student-centered planning. The paper presents the role of leadership in supporting pedagogical professional development. Rather, I follow the logic of teaching innovation than a scientific examination. On the basis of the findings from the analysis I also show adequate innovative solutions. I share good practices for learning aid. Some of them are considered local innovation and adaptations as well. After studying over two thousand students, I began to develop my students' science-based plans. I have exposed their views, differently from the natural sciences, following the approach of constructive pedagogy. I share a physics lesson plan, which is based on Bloom taxonomy and Gardner's intelligence, and helps design tailor-made to individual abilities and expectations. I show the creation and application of knowledge maps that support teaching and learning with ICT tools. With projects built around physics, I found a solution how to motivate students and how learning can be authentic.
